a dispute between certain office holders of a charity and other interested parties concerning its governance, the dispute involving various applications to (and orders of) the Charity Commission and also potential applications under sections 105 and 115 of the Charities Act 2011;
a dispute following an intervention by the Charity Commission and the making of various orders under s76 and s47 of the Charities Act 2011 and the appointment of interim managers;
